Ali MacGraw

Ali attended Wellesley College and studied art history. Ali was employed in magazines for fashion after her graduation. Her interest in fashion photography helped her become the top model in the world, a career she continued to pursue till 1968. In that year, she had a slow start to what was to be the beginning of a film career that was sporadic in part due to her marriage to Steve McQueen. Her films had a high success rate or not. Today the former actress is living at home in New Mexico in a modest way. On the unexpected success of Love Story (70), her debut film in which she starred I can't imagine that feeling of being appreciated by people around the globe, and being greeted by people who comment on the haircut you wear every time you walk down the street. Through the years, I learned that to survive stardom you have to do your homework and learn about your own self in order to not define your self based on what others think.
