Lis Wiehl is an American journalist and legal analyst who previously worked as an analyst for Fox News analyst.
She is currently an adjunct professor of law in New York Law School. In the past she served as an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She was a legal commentator on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor as well as National Public Radio. She's appeared on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World with Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File, with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs and Megyn Kelly, and the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl was a graduate of West Valley High School, Yakima. Her birthplace was in Yakima. She has an undergraduate degree in Arts from Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) along with an JD at Harvard Law School.
Wiehl had been a US Attorney. She was the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She served as "the deputy chief investigator for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee at the time of Clinton's Impeachment." Between 1995 and 2001, she served as a tenured law professor of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. Between 2001 and 2017, Wiehl worked as an analyst in the field of law for Fox News.
